Officer Russell Blackwell, Officer Carl Myers, and Officer Jason Jackson.
All three are assigned to the Community Patrol Division of the NHPD.
They are volunteers instructors of CTRIBAT and the "backbone" of the
Summer Leadership Retreat.
CTRIBAT prides itself on bring children, parents, guardians, police,
community leaders, professionals and others together.
