Program Objectives CTRIBAT Leadership Retreat 2006 “Front Line” 

•Development of Coping skills unique to surviving in an Urban Environment
•Building Self Respect and Self Worth
•Increasing Exposure to occupational skills
•Enhancement of verbal and literal communication skills
•Goal setting and Goal planning and achievement
•Health education-hygiene, proper diet and exercise,
•Modeling appropriate behaviors and conduct in various settings
•Character Shaping and being socially autonomous
•Development of Global Thinking through travel and cultural exposure
